Project Description

Navistar International Corp. is a holding company whose individual units provide integrated and best-in-class transportation solutions. The company produces International® brand commercial trucks, mid-range diesel engines and IC brand school buses, and Workhorse brand chassis for motor homes and step vans.  With a drive to increase its international sales, Navistar wanted to implement a Globalized Content Management infrastructure to manage a growing number of countries and languages.  Work included:

  • Business Analysis of globalization requirements.
  • Recommending and implement globalization framework for future use as part of broader Internationalization strategy.
