Invensys is a global technology and controls company that focuses on industrial automation, rail transportation and controls. They wanted to move to a component content management (CCM) approach to developing and delivering technical product content. EverAge assisted Invensys with the selection of a new CCM system by:
- Documenting the business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Assessing the current marketplace against these requirements to develop a vendor short list.
- Developing a demo script for the short list vendors to follow during their product demo.
- Evaluation of the vendor demos, and recommendation of the best platform.
