AAA is one of the largest membership organizations and manages hundreds of offerings for its members. AAA had recently engaged in a migration from Vignette V6 to V7. EverAge was engaged to lead the migration, including the following tasks:
- Team lead role managing US and India based development team of 7
- Responsible for all client interface, business analysis and project planning and budgeting
- Architected and implemented solution including client training
- Senior Developer responsible to architecting and implementing new Content Management online service and product offerings.
- Portlet development and VCM customization for new applications.
- Business Analysis and requirements specification development.
